The Kyklos were a small group of independent villages near Silverton, Oregon who carved out a manufacturing and trading niche in the post-Change world. (The group and its leader BD were created by fan Kier Salmon).

BD ran weapons into Pendleton for the Dúnedain Rangers. BD sent her people out of the city and stood with the Rangers during their operation, which went badly. She and the Rangers were rescued by Tiphaine Rutherton.
