Background
Nantucket Island was a part of Massachusetts before the Change. After the Change, civilization collapsed and a family from the mainland escaped to a Nantucket Island that had little resemblance to the built-up island before the Change. It is apparent that the Nantucket Island featured in the Nantucket Series had wholly switched places with the original Island that existed in 1250 BCE.

Ingolf Vogeler visited the Island and had a vision of a sword and heard a voice telling him to seek out the "son of bear and raven" in the west.
The Sword of the Lady
Members of the Quest went to the island and Rudi Mackenzie retrieved the Sword.
